  • To become a member, you need to register by fill out the application form. Registration may be done during office hours at the User Services Counter.
  • For UNITEN student and staff, their membership card is their University ID cards. For other category of users, their membership card is their IC cards.
  • Any changes of personal details must be reported to the User Services Unit as soon as possible. Lost Library cards must be reported to the Library.
  • Only valid University ID cards holders will have access to the Library through the Barrier Gate at the Main Entrance and may be required to produce this card to confirm identity.
  • For UNITEN students, all payments must be done during registration at the UNITEN Customer Centre (UCC)
  • Deposit money is refundable from the office following issuance of a clearance letter from the Library when a student stops being a member or upon completion of studies. However, other fees may not be claimed.
  • For other user categories, payments must be done during registration at the Library User Services Counter. Annual fee must be paid annually when a user renews his/her membership. The fee may not be claimed. However, deposit money is refundable at the Counter upon completion of service or when a used stops being a member.
  • Honorary membership category shall be given for free to individuals who contributed to UNITEN.

The 24-hour Study Area @ UNITEN Library is open to members of the University for 24 hours a day, 7 days a week except during Public Holiday.
